The app is designed to help people using, or preparing to use, GLP-1 medication keep track of food, drinks, symptoms, medication events, weight, goals, reminders, activity signals, and practical support content. It provides personalised nutrition and wellbeing guidance based on information you enter and, if you choose, limited device health data such as steps and active calories.
The app is a support and information tool. It is not an emergency service, medical device, prescription service, diagnostic tool, or substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
Do not use the app to decide whether to start, stop, increase, reduce, delay, or change any medication. Always follow the advice of your prescriber, pharmacist, dietitian, nutritionist, clinician, or healthcare provider.
If symptoms are severe, persistent, worsening, unusual, or worrying, contact your clinician or an urgent care service. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call emergency services immediately.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the app. By using the app, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you will use the app only for your own lawful personal use.
You may need to create or access an account to use the app. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
The app relies on the information you provide, including food and drink logs, symptoms, medication details, weight, height, goals, preferences, and activity settings. App outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate if your information is incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate.
Food analysis, photo analysis, voice-note analysis, nutrition estimates, hydration estimates, symptom patterns, trends, and personalised tips are guidance only. They may be approximate and should be checked against your own judgement and professional advice where needed.
If you enable activity monitoring, the app may request permission to read limited health or fitness data from services such as Apple Health or Health Connect, for example steps and active calories. This access is optional and read-only. You can change permissions in your device settings.
The app may work with reduced functionality if permissions are denied, unavailable, or later withdrawn.
The app may offer medication, hydration, check-in, achievement, or other reminders. Reminders are convenience features only. They are not a guarantee that a dose, meal, drink, symptom check, or appointment has been completed, and they must not be relied on as your only medication-management system.

The app, software, designs, content, recommendations, data models, analysis methods, prompts, logos, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Platform Intelligence. We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the app in accordance with these terms.
You retain rights in information you provide. You give us permission to use that information to provide, maintain, secure, personalise, and improve the app as described in our GLP-1 app privacy policy.
The app may rely on third-party services for hosting, authentication, analytics, crash reporting, notifications, image, audio, food analysis, device health integrations, or other functionality. Third-party terms may also apply where you use those services, app stores, devices, or operating systems.
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the app at any time. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, operating system, or integration.
Where account deletion is available in the app, deleting your account will remove your account data and local cached app data from the current device, subject to legal, security, backup, and operational retention requirements described in the privacy policy.
If you download the app from an app store, the app store's terms also apply. If there is a conflict between these terms and mandatory app store terms, the app store terms may apply to the extent of that conflict.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" and "as available", and Platform Intelligence is not liable for loss or damage arising from reliance on app outputs, missed reminders, inaccurate logs, device integration issues, unavailable services, or use of the app contrary to these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will make the latest version available in the app or on our website. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer law gives you rights to bring claims elsewhere.
